Training Partnerships
Ciarb has extensive experience in working with partners to deliver training in dispute resolution. Ciarb works with partner institutions if they meet the following criteria:

Recognised Course Providers (RCPs)
Ciarb operates a Recognised Course Providers (RCP) scheme under which educational institutions can apply to have their programmes recognised for Ciarb membership purposes.
Ciarb RCP scheme is currently under review as part of a wider Ciarb training reform. Therefore, Ciarb will not be accepting any new applications until the review is finalised. The highest level of equivalence under the new RCP scheme will be at Ciarb member level.
Existing RCPs agreements at Ciarb fellow level will be discontinued upon expiry, while those at associate and member level will be extended until the review is finalised.

Candidates who subsequently complete all assessment components of the Success Institute Certificate CHC42015 Australian Certificate IV in Community Services will be granted an exemption from Module 1 (assessment component) of the CIArb Mediation Pathway and will be eligible to apply to be a member of the institute.
From May 2023, the above certificate will be replaced by Australian CHC41215 Certificate IV in Career Development (with three mediation related units).
